Goal: Keep the bats fed by creating a balance between the number of bugs vs. the number of bats.
The game is over when either all bugs are eaten, the timer expires, or all of the bats leave because
they can't find enough bugs. If a bat fails to eat a bug in 15 seconds, it will turn from black to gray. If another 15 seconds go by without it eating,
it will fly away. Once a bat flies away, the overall score will be reduced by the number of bugs that bat had previously eaten. Therefore if all bats
fly away, the score will drop to 0. Use the "add" buttons to add more bats and/or bugs. The combined number of active bats and bugs cannot
exceed 40. If you max out the count, no more can be added until either more bugs are eaten, or bats fly away. At the end of the game, the final
"eaten" score will be reduced by the number of bugs still active.
When the "formation" button is active, both the bats and the bugs are more likely
to fly in a discernible pattern. The "echolocation" button plays a recording of bats feeding where the sound has been shifted from ultrasonic into
an audible range. When the "Respawn" option is selected, a new bug is usually added when one is eaten. In addition, when a hungry bat flies away, a new one will fly in.
